Addiction Recovery – Nothing Else Matters

Staying active in addiction recovery is one of the most essential keys to your success.  When it comes down to recovery, and your sobriety, you need to put your needs first. The rest of the good ‘things’ and strong relationships will come after you are in recovery. Getting sober, or starting active recovery is one thing, but sustaining it, is another.

What are you doing today to start and/or remain in active recovery?

  1. AMEN! Totally agree! Recovery takes focus and commitment. Sobriety needs to be the most important thing in your life. I was a drug addict for 15 years. Those years were hectic! I made up my mind to get myself cleaned up 12 years ago and im pleased to say ive been going strong for the last 12 years. I wont say its been easy, its required total commitment and focus! I believe people who have overcome addiction need to be bold and share their story with others. The majority of the time we only hear about how few people recover from drug addiction. This is a great blog! Keep up the great work!

  2. This is very simple quotes with great value, consistency in performance through hard work definitely noise but need to keep patients. This is really tough in corporate world where huge politics, partiality, wrong leadership persist. I think need a balance in hard work and smart work which will definitely help to achieve success. Thanks.
